Join us at the Colby Memorial Temple (in person or in spirit) in bell ringing or listen to the bell as a reminder. In today's world there are so many things we feel we have no control over. It can be scary and disheartening. Though this can be true, now there is something we do have control over and it is being called The Movement of Light, or 10 at 10. At 10am each morning we are taking the time to meditate and send out a "wave" love and light to everyone on earth who are working towards making our world a better place. You can call it praying, meditating, using the power of thought or whatever you are comfortable with. The result is the same. Those who need healing are finding help with this. Those who are having issues with abundance or prosperity are finding that they do not feel so alone and are finding relief. It is already making a difference in people's lives. If we can pass this along to as many people as possible and have as many people as possible sending out love and light each morning at 10am, we are taking a positive step towards helping to heal our earth and those on it. If you want to do this as 10 at 10, find 10 friends who all participate together at 10. It does not matter what time zone you are in. It does not matter how long you have to devote to the meditation. It only matters that you care and are involved and that the energy continues to grow and help and change. Just remembering it at ten and acknowledging your participation has more effect than you might think. We want this to grow and continue indefinitely. Should it start to wane, we will pull together again to remind each other of how important this is. Hopefully soon we can have people from every time zone participating and every hour of every day love being send out. Pass this on to your friends and let's see what happens!

Toddler Yoga will teach parents and caregivers a series of hatha inspired yoga poses that will aid in digestion, sleep and overall health of their child. It is 40 minutes set aside for bonding with your child and appreciating the gift that has been given to you. It is an opportunity to meet like minded parents in your community and offer support to one another through discussion and sharing. We move at a slow pace and enjoy the present moment. It will give the children the confidence and tools to enhance their physical, emotional and social development through social interactions, repetition and play. Due to the alarming increase in child obesity, experts agree that young children need m ore structured and developmentally safe physical activity on a regular basis. She used various instruments to soothingly vibrate the sounds around me, including the tuning fork, singing bowls, and a didgeridoo . She also talked in the melodic, entrancing language of the angels.
